With a simple prompt, anyone can now create hyper-realistic, non-consensual clips of figures like John F. Kennedy or Marilyn Monroe saying and doing things they never did.

Families are already speaking out, with Robin Williams' and Martin Luther King Jr.'s daughters publicly pleading for people to stop manipulating their fathers' likenesses. This loophole highlights a massive ethical challenge for AI, potentially flooding the internet with historical misinformation that dead individuals can't opt out of.
