Robot attack!

A viral demonstration from Chinese startup EngineAI is fueling public panic after their T800 android brutally drop-kicked the company’s own CEO, Zhao Tongyang, during a power showcase. The CEO, wearing protective armor, was sent flying by a kick so fierce he exclaimed, "Too violent. Too brutal! Anyone would break a bone."

While the extreme stunt was designed to silence accusations that the robot’s abilities were merely CGI, it has inadvertently exposed the grave and escalating safety concerns within the robotics industry. The terrifying footage forces a critical question: should machines designed to work alongside humans possess the power to inflict such potentially fatal harm?
