Meta's "Vibes" creates endless AI content feeds, while OpenAI's new "Sora 2" app allows users to create frighteningly realistic videos of themselves and public figures.

This increasing realism makes it difficult to discern AI content from reality, though clues like inconsistent lighting, unnatural expressions, or morphing backgrounds can indicate a fake. While companies claim to be implementing safeguards like watermarks, these are often easily circumvented, raising significant concerns about the potential for misuse.
